The Rural Routes Program ensures access to healthy frozen meals for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and folks facing barriers to accessing nutritious food.
About the Program
How It Works:
- Weekly Preparation: We collaborate with local food vendors to prepare a variety of well-balanced frozen meals.
- Home Delivery: Our dedicated local volunteers deliver these meals directly to your doorstep.
- Affordable Nutrition: Each meal costs $5 and includes a starch, vegetables, and a protein to provide balanced nutrition.
- Meal Selection: Registered Members will receive a monthly email with a link to a Google Form or phone call to review and select their meals from our menus. Members can select up to 7 meals per week!
